Squared links, shoulder to shoulder, each face cut with a fine diagonal etch — this wide box link bracelet runs broader and flatter than a standard box chain, so the gold reads as a woven ribbon around the wrist, throwing back light in quick, checkered glints as your arm moves.

Its home bench is in Italy’s Veneto, where Chrysos S.p.A. makes the DESMOS line. A box link is a small piece of engineering: thin sterling is folded into a crisp square frame, frame locks into frame, and the whole run is pressed and polished until the edges soften and the etched faces line up in one unbroken pattern. Mohammed, the DESMOS rep who stocks our case, brought this wide gold box in with the bracelet shipment, and the straightness of that etched run is the first thing you notice when you pick it up.

Hold it against its case mates and the difference is plain. The figaro spaces its rhythm out, three links and a long one. The mariner flattens an oval and bars it. The barrel styles roll round against the skin. The box build does none of that — it tiles, square against square, so the bracelet keeps a tailored, almost fabric-like drape with a wider face than its weight would suggest.

On the arm it settles low and even, the square frames flexing just enough to follow the wrist bone without twisting. Lamplight warms the etched diagonals; bright daylight sharpens them into a fine crosshatch. It is a confident solo piece, and its flat sit makes it an easy neighbor for a watch or a second chain worn above it.

The plain record: .925 sterling silver beneath an 18K gold plate, made in Italy by DESMOS. Every link takes the box form — a squared, hollow frame with an etched diagonal face — joined in one continuous flexible run and closed with a lobster clasp and the maker’s oval tag. No measured length or weight is on its record, so none is printed here.

Keep it bright with almost no fuss: wipe each link down with a soft, dry cloth after wearing, let it rest somewhere dry, and keep perfume, lotion, and bathroom steam off the finish. And the straight word on its gold: it is 18K plate over a sterling silver core — a genuine gold surface, not solid gold all through — so keep it clear of abrasive pads and rough work, and the etched squares will stay crisp and shining.

We pack it with care and send it from Fort Worth, with shipping figured at checkout. If the drape or the fit is not right when it reaches you, you have 30 days to return it — email regulsilver@gmail.com and we will guide the return personally, from the first note to the refund.

The full Italian line lives in the DESMOS collection, and every bracelet and cuff we carry stands together in the bracelets and cuffs collection.

Try the weight of it on your own wrist at 1455 W Magnolia Ave Suite 109 in Fort Worth, noon to six, Monday through Saturday. If you want word before the drive, email regulsilver@gmail.com and someone at the studio will pull this bracelet from the case and answer from the piece itself.
