Two-Stone Turquoise Pendant, Authentic Sterling Silver, Southwestern

Two genuine turquoise stones ride one over the other — a round stone up top, a longer oval below — and the silver around them does not whisper: rope twist, bright beads, and a wide polished bail frame this two-stone turquoise pendant like a piece that expects to be noticed.

Regul Silver is our own line, handcrafted for our Fort Worth studio, and this pendant was built the slow way: each stone cut and set by hand in sterling silver, the rope border twisted strand over strand, the beadwork laid bead by bead around the frame. The record names its stone plainly — Real Sonoran Turquoise — and carries the piece as made to order, with the honest note that the exact gemstones may vary, because no two pieces of genuine turquoise carry the same color or the same matrix twice.

Set it beside a one-stone pendant and the difference is the conversation it starts: one stone makes a point, while two stones stacked in line make a rhythm — the round stone answers the oval, the small answers the large, and the eye travels the whole length of the piece. Beside a stamped silver pendant with no stone at all, the difference runs the other way: here the color leads, blue-green stone against bright silver, and the silverwork holds the frame instead of carrying the whole show.

Turquoise asks for gentle care: wipe the stones with a soft, dry cloth only — no acetone, no baking soda, nothing harsh on the stone — and polish the silver parts on their own with a soft cloth. Said honestly, the handmade part shows: the matrix running through genuine turquoise and the small marks of the bench stand in the piece as they should, because hands made this, not a mold.
