One bright blue stone, held in prongs beside a silver arc that curves like a buckle — a genuine turquoise ring made to fit the finger it lands on, its band adjusting instead of asking you to guess a size.

Regul Silver is our own line here in Fort Worth, and this ring is one of ours, handcrafted with care. The stone is genuine Nacozari turquoise, from Sonora, Mexico — a rare stone, deep blue, named for its own ground — and the silverwork keeps the western shape honest: a prong-set solitaire riding next to the open buckle curve of its shank.

Set it beside a fixed band and the difference is plain to see. A sized ring fits one finger on one hand; this one adjusts, so it moves from finger to finger and hand to hand as the day asks. Against a ring carrying no stone at all, the comparison is shorter still: here the Nacozari blue is the whole sky, carried in one sure stone.

On the hand it reads bright and easy — a woman’s ring with real color, light at approximately 5 to 6 grams, the round stone catching light every time the hand turns. It goes with worn denim and a rodeo shirt as easily as with a dress: rooted, radiant, and finished.

Here are its facts, exactly as its record carries them: sterling silver, handcrafted; one genuine Nacozari turquoise stone, approximately 9 by 7 millimeters; prong bezel; adjustable buckle shank — the band adjusts, and no fixed ring size and no numeric size range stands on its record; approximately 5 to 6 grams; western style. Regul Silver made it here in Fort Worth, and its record stands it as made to order.

Give it gentle handling and its blue will hold for years: a soft, dry cloth is all the stone ever takes, the silver is polished apart from it, and the ring stays dry and clear of perfume, sprays, and water — acetone and baking soda never go near turquoise. Bend the shank gently and only when you must, so the silver keeps its spring. Its honest marks are part of its truth — the stone carries its own small dark flecks and color shifts, the silver holds the small marks of the hands that made it, and genuine stone never reads in one flat color.

From Fort Worth it travels packed with care for the road, shipping settled at checkout. If it arrives and something feels off — the fit of the shank, the blue in the stone — write to eas@regulsilver.com within 30 days and we will take it back and make it right.

More stones wait on the same shelves: the Turquoise Jewelry collection carries the wider run of turquoise pieces, and the rings shelf lines up every ring in the case, adjustable and sized alike.

Come hold it up to the light at 1455 W Magnolia Ave, Suite 109, Fort Worth — noon to six, Monday through Saturday — or write to eas@regulsilver.com; we will answer anything about this ring, and fresh photos are yours for the asking.
