Some cuffs sit quiet on a wrist, and this one was never going to — a turquoise cuff in solid sterling silver, carrying a row of oval genuine turquoise stones across its front, each stone held in a classic bezel wrapped in twisted rope silver.

Regul Silver is our own line here in Fort Worth, and this cuff is one of ours, handcrafted with care. Its stones are selected one at a time so the row holds together: a blue that leans green in one stone, a sky blue in the next, and the stone’s own matrix running through each like a small map of everywhere it has been. The band is an open cuff, so it slips on from the side of the wrist and settles where it belongs — no clasp to fight, no chain to tangle.

Set it beside a cuff carrying one stone and the difference shows at once. One stone asks one color to carry the whole piece; this row spreads the work across many stones, so the light moves from stone to stone as the wrist turns, and the rope edging around each bezel catches its own bright edge. Against a plated fashion bracelet there is nothing to weigh: this is sterling silver through and through, with a weight you can feel the moment you pick it up.

It is the cuff a woman puts on over a white shirt and jeans and suddenly the outfit is finished — worn to a Fort Worth lunch, to the stock show, to Sunday service, and every plain day after, because turquoise this honest does not save itself for occasions. It carries a rooted, western calm onto the wrist: the stones do the talking, and they have plenty to say.

Here are its facts, exactly as its record carries them: sterling silver; genuine turquoise, multi-stone, the stones oval in classic bezels with rope surrounds; band an open cuff; style western; weight approximately 40 to 49 grams. Its record carries it as made to order, and the exact stones vary from piece to piece, so the cuff that reaches you carries its own row, set out by hand. The piece is ours — Regul Silver, Fort Worth.

Turquoise asks for gentle care: wipe the stones with a soft, dry cloth, polish the silver parts separately, and store the cuff dry, away from perfume, sprays, and water. Its true marks deserve plain words — the matrix in each stone is the stone’s own, no two stones in the row match, and the silver keeps the fine marks of the hands that set and finished it. That is the sign it was made by a person, not poured from a mold.

We ship from Fort Worth with the cuff packed carefully for the trip, shipping figured at checkout. If it arrives and something feels off — the fit, the weight, the row of stones — write to eas@regulsilver.com within 30 days and we will take it back and make it right.

More cuffs and bracelets wait on our Turquoise Bracelets shelf, and the full run of genuine stones stands in Turquoise Jewelry.

Come see it on a wrist at our Fort Worth studio, 1455 W Magnolia Ave Suite 109, open noon to six, Monday through Saturday — or write to eas@regulsilver.com and we will answer from this very cuff, with fresh photos if you want them.
