Oval stones ride a band that was stamped by hand — this turquoise cuff carries genuine Sonoran turquoise in sterling silver across the wrist, each stone held in a classic bezel ringed with twisted rope silver, on a textured band that catches the light between the stones.
The cuff is made to order for Regul Silver, our own line here in Fort Worth, and its making is slow on purpose: the band is textured and stamped before any stone is set, then each oval is seated one at a time so the row reads even as it wraps the wrist. Because the piece is made when it is ordered, the stones that reach you are chosen for your cuff, in the blue-green family its photos show, with golden-brown matrix running through them the way the stone came out of the ground.
Set it beside a plain silver bangle and the difference shows at once. A bangle gives the wrist a clean circle of metal and nothing more; this cuff gives it color, weight, and work — stamped patterning across the band, rope edging around every stone, and turquoise that changes as the light moves across it. Against a plated fashion bracelet there is no contest to weigh: this is sterling silver through and through, and you feel its honesty the moment you pick it up.
It is the cuff for the woman who gets dressed from the wrist out. Over a black top it turns bold and bright; with denim and a white shirt it reads pure western; on a bare arm in summer the blue stones do the whole outfit’s talking. Rooted in the Southwest and radiant on the arm, it does not wait for a special occasion — it makes an ordinary Tuesday feel chosen.
Here are its facts, exactly as its record carries them: sterling silver; authentic Sonoran turquoise, genuine throughout, the stones oval and many to a cuff; classic bezels with rope surrounds; a textured band; western style; weight approximately 40 to 49 grams. The record carries the piece as made to order, and the exact stones vary from piece to piece, so the cuff that reaches you carries its own row, set out by hand. The piece is ours — Regul Silver, Fort Worth.
Turquoise sets the care rules, and they are gentle ones: wipe the stones with a soft, dry cloth, polish the silver parts on their own, and keep the cuff dry and away from perfume, sprays, and water — never acetone and never baking soda, both of which can ruin turquoise. Said plainly, the honest part: real stones vary. These run blue to blue-green with golden-brown matrix through them, no two alike, and the stamped silver keeps the small marks of the hands that textured and finished it.
The cuff ships from Fort Worth, packed with care for the road, with shipping figured at checkout. If it reaches you and is not right — the fit around your wrist, the weight, the blue of its stones — write to eas@regulsilver.com within 30 days and we will take it back and make it right.
The wider wrist shelf waits too: browse the Turquoise Bracelets shelf this cuff keeps company on, or wander the whole Turquoise Jewelry collection, where the rest of the stone’s story lives.
See the cuff in person at 1455 W Magnolia Ave, Suite 109, Fort Worth — open noon to six, Monday through Saturday — or write to eas@regulsilver.com and we will answer about this very cuff, with fresh photos if you want them.
